For years now, I've been getting my stuff from Willy, and it typically arrives the very next day in Spring Hill. I even dropped by to chat with Willy. Whenever I’m visiting friends in Jensen Beach, I make it a point to swing by Willy's to say hi to the crew.

Fantastic! I got my order in under a week... arrived on the same day as my purchase from Norwegianfoodstore. When you consider shipping, the prices are about the same, but here I can send it to my PO box, which is a plus since I don’t trust folks not to swipe my package. I haven’t compared the Willys Australian to the Norwegian pinnekjøtt yet, but it looks great and is well packaged. Thanks a bunch! Update: I gave both Norwegian and Willys a shot. The Norwegian one is drier and needs a longer soak than Willys. They taste pretty much the same, but I prefer Willys since it’s easier to soak. The Norwegian one definitely needs 30 hours, while Willys could be good in 24. Both are awesome, and I couldn’t spot a difference except that the bones and pieces in the Norwegian bag (I think it was Gildan) are cut smaller. For 5 people, 2kg or 4 pounds (1kg=2lbs) is more than enough.

Seriously, steer clear of these folks. They’re totally unreliable and ship whenever they feel like it. I placed an order, and after four days, it was still marked as pending. I tried calling five times, but nobody picked up. I shot them an email... crickets. I wanted to cancel my order, but then I found a fantastic place in Poulsbo. Just when I thought I was in the clear, these clowns sent me a message saying my order had shipped, but that didn’t actually happen for another day. The event was today, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner while still waiting on another box of lutefisk from this disorganized crew. They ought to be ashamed. Seriously, go with someone else.

The initial style was decent, but the second batch was so salty it had to be tossed. The seal on the kjøttkaker was broken on multiple packages, and I was informed it was 'safe.' Not really feeling that way!!!!!!!!@!!!!! No refund was provided.

I've never seen a delivery take this long! The quality is lacking and the prices are way too steep. Feels like all those good reviews are just made up. Seriously, don't put your faith in this company!

I've spent days trying to reach out to them, but each time I get sent to voicemail. The prompt tells you to leave a message, which I did multiple times. Yet, no one ever gets back to you!

I also attempted to send an email to the company, but got the same lack of response!

I even took a trip to their office in Ft. Lauderdale (I’m based in Tampa, FL). I showed up during regular business hours, but the place was locked up tight!

In summary... you can't rely on this company!

$15.00 'small order fee' popped up only AFTER I placed my order and paid. I also shelled out for 3-5 day ground shipping, which cost another $15.00, but it took ages to arrive. What started as an already pricey $22.00 ended up costing me $53.00. My cousins can send me BIGGER stuff from NORTHERN NORWAY in half the time.

They pointed fingers at me for placing my order just nine days ahead of the Christmas bash. After they finally shipped it via UPS six days later, it didn’t show up on time, and they shifted the blame to UPS and me for not ordering sooner. Can’t trust these folks. Carlo C., the operations manager, is a real piece of work.

I placed my order on December 6, expecting it to arrive by December 19. The Swedish Farmers Cheese was super important to me. Then, on December 17, I received a notification from Paypal saying I was refunded $22 for the cheese because it was out of stock! I never got a word from the seller. I had to hunt down the cheese elsewhere and shell out for expedited shipping just to have it in time for Christmas. When I called the seller, he said he wasn’t at fault, claiming that folks come into his shop and grab his inventory. I mean, if someone orders something, wouldn’t it make sense to hold it aside to ensure the order gets filled? I won’t be buying from this seller again.

I placed an order for lutefisk for a holiday gathering, expecting it to arrive on 12/13/2013. My order got confirmed and my card was charged, but it never came. It didn’t show on the 13th, 14th, or even the 15th. The party's done, and I’m really bummed out.

I’m really happy I stumbled upon your website. Some of my beloved nougat bars from Denmark that are impossible to find in the U.S. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I totally missed the 2pm cut-off for same day orders, but somehow got a delivery confirmation that very day. We picked out some classic favorites for our 17th of May bash and told all our Norwegian pals about Willy's goodies. The service was fantastic, prompt, and super professional. Big thanks!

I found the only spot that had the Norwegian and Swedish candies I was searching for, and they got shipped out fast. For sure, I’ll be back to shop here again!

Your service was spot on. UPS, however, was a different story. They didn’t consider the pick-up date as a delivery day, and they kept the frozen fish sitting around for two days before finally getting it to me.

By the way, is there any chance you could bring in kompe from Husholdningsjokkenet AS, Gyldenlovesgate 39, Kristiansand, No.? Their stuff is the best in Norway! The rosemal mugs I got were gorgeous, and I’ll definitely be ordering more as gifts. Thanks again for being so reliable.
